Dear ADT

congratulations on delivering the worst service this country has seen. i have been trying to get hold of sales and accounts for i even forgot how long. so after spending a total of 1 and half hours on hold i guess this is the last option i have to get through to you monkeys. i need a statement for business account and i need to cancel my contract. and please dont even try to tell me you need a 30 notice period because if you had answered the phones you would have had at least a 35 day notice given.

i was going to sign up a new contract with you for our new office in Cape Town but i guess i would have to be as dumb as door knob to do that.
