My new gym contract

My husband was interested in a gym contract in January'13. The service was pronominal, we were received with smiles and courtesy calls. Our consultant was so excited when I finally walked through the door. I completed the contract on behalf of my husband, I was even able to sign on his behalf as well, how great is this. I was required to pay a R300 joining fee, R100 tag fee for my husband, R100 tag fee for my son. They gladly accepted the cash but didn't understand why I wanted a receipt for payment. Still haven't receive one. Got my two tags though. From joining date (15Jan) to date neither my hubby or son has attended the gym once. No one has notice, I guess it's all about the contract hey. Well I thought so too but then you would expect they want payment. It is now 7 February. No debit order was implemented. They don't have my banking detail on file, funny as it was one of the requirements in the contract. I made an online complaint and enquiry on the website, several calls to the gym in the last three days and one this morning where I got hold of Henrietta who will phone me back - I think today. I guess service just walked out the door.
