30th January 2013 i write to customer service to cancel my account due to slow response time.
I get a response dictating the terms of the CPA to me, to which i duly responded to one Polediso Botha as there are two sides to the CPA.
After 3 attempts to get a response from Polediso, i give up as i can see its pointless. She does not have the decency to get back to me. (over 3 months later)
I am STILL being charged over R500 per month despite my cancelling the contract.
I have other accounts with ADT and am sorely pressed to cancel them due to this rather shocking service from Polediso.
