Disgusting Attitude

Cancelled by contract 12 Feb 2013. ADT refused to cancel, i had to expose their unethical and lawless business practise to Beeld before they agreed to cancel, now I am waiting for my refund.

I am dealing with Lisa Gumede but she never tells me when my refund will be paid. She also claim that ADT will not refund me pro rate to the month of March, so you are money from me?

Apparently company policy is that you need to give notice before the 7th of each month for a full refund. She refuse to give me proof that this was explained to me i.e. a signed contract which explains the above.

I am on the phone to her now, been holding for 15 minutes just to get the refund date for the April money.

She has such a bad attitude! This is unbelievable! She refuses to answer my questions and when i insisted on an answer she put me on hold, obviously for an extended period of time hoping that i will hang up. No wonder your company are loosing clients, it is because of horrible staff like her.

Please ensure that my refund is processed ASAP and that I am refunded for 12-31 March as well!
