After numerous attempts of your technical team to repair our alarms they have failed to do so.
As a result of this we have suffered enormous losses due to at one of our premises which add up to an estimate of over R150, 000.00.
We urge your company to pass the necessary credit as failure to do so will result in the imposement of legal action to retrieve our losses.
We further request that all radios be removed from our premises.
Please confirm an appointment and forward the credit notes as soon as possible.
