It's not to refund a client money owing to them as a result of Netstar's shocking client service!!!
In November 2013 I bought a new car and transferred the Netstar unit from my old car to my new car.
Netstar, for reasons known only to them, charged me a penalty settlement fee of R 1852.78 and then proceeded to debit my account for the same amount. #unbelievable
The unit was transferred, not cancelled! Netstar, you have no right to debit my account because of your customer service error!
And now you REFUSE to refund me despite almost two months of nagging and phoning and wasting my time trying to get your call centre agents to understand common sense.
I have been fighting with Netstar since November and I keep getting one broken promise after another.
ENOUGH!
I want my refund and I want it now! Furthermore, I want compensation for all the time and costs that have gone into sorting out YOUR mess!
