On 25 November 2013 we've sold our Santa Fe and therefore cancel the Altech Netstar subscription. An amount of R1912.17 was overpaid to Altech Netstar at that time, which needs to be refunded to Mr Lourens de Beer. Debbie Geldenhuys confirmed that the refund will be made within 17 working days. Several attempts were made to enquire about the refund as up until today no refund was made to us. This is not acceptable and definitely bad customer service.
