Just a quick update on my feedback from Netstar from my previous complaint. Nobody from Netstar has to date given me any more feedback. The promise made to get back to me and explain why Netstar could not find my car, although they had more than 30min, as calculated by me, between the signals reported within the Johannesburg area. In the mean time a friend of mine's wife was hijacked and Netstar could not help either and now it seems that their is no proper contracts in-place the way Netstar contracts their customers, because asked to produce the contract Netstar could not? So is this who they get out of their obligation towards their customers?
