I have had an Alarm System installed in my car in October 2013 when i bought my car only to find out that the system installed was faulty. I called Altech in December to sort this mess up and i was told that the reason my car beebs when i drive is becouse the Mobisliser was reprogramming itself, the problem stopped for a while.
Monday the 20th of January 2014 the problem started again and this time its almost a week, i called Netsar on a monday and i was given a number to call for the workshop to check the problem out, what i didnt understand is why i was given a number to call if the system is still under warranty, its not even four months and already im getting poor service, when i called yesterday i was told a different story that someone was gonna call me and let me know when they will come to have the system checked. I demand a new unfaulty unit to be replaced with the one that was installed, i mean this is really not excaptable, im driving a car thats make a funny beeb noise which leaves me uncomfortable. This matter needs to be settled or i will terminate the contract and claim for breach of contract, i cant be paying for a system thats not even working.
