I had problems with the alarm from when I moved to PE from CPT in May last year. We rented the property initially and later purchased it. We have ADT for our CPT property. Technicians were called out to solve a problem but to no avail. I set an appointment but they cancelled at last minute. When the original contract had expired as it needed new owners than I was contacted by Chante who wanted to sign me up for 2 years. Based on the pathetic service I got in the past, I signed for a month to month contract. She promised to get the technicians out which they did. I paid for the job but the alarm still gives problems. Chante was contacting me a lot when she needed bank details etc but since then I have not heard from her. Monthly I pay for an alarm that is not working- I have had it and want to warn other consumers to think not just twice but FOUR times if you thinking of alarm company. An exampple is their website which gives issues that are Current but from 2008 - really!!!
