In Jan 2013, I visited Chubb security to check if the system installed at my house is operational as I never get any calls from them even when the alarm goes off. I have reported this problem two years ago. They responded to the call out and claimed to have fixed the problem but that was the last I heard of them. In January, I went to the Plk branch & found out that their computer systems don't even have the my records in their system. The only thing that appeared was my name and address. The new technical manager promised to send a technician to my house and return feed back. I never got any feedback from him and decided to send them a cancellation letter on 5 Feb '13 and stopped the debit order from the bank. I got an sms on the 8th of March that reads: " Dear Chubb Client, your Chubb debit order has been unpaid. Please pay the arrears amount on your account."

I made it clear that I don't want to deal with them anymore as they obviously do not know how to run the business and therefore must cancel the contract and stop smsing me. Should I get another sms from them. I will have no choice but to claim all the money I have being paying for the last 2 years without service.
