Tracker lack of being Innovative

My Mother has an account with Tracker and two cars listed in that account. I drive one of the vehicles full time and the other is driven full time buy my mother. Tracker has both our cell number for emergecy purposes, but they cannot associate a primary number for each car.

The insist that only one number can be associated with both cars, so you can imagine that I get hijacked, they will first call my mother, then she will have to tell them to contact me because the car reported is with me. Only then they will call me.

5 minutes in any hijacking situation is more than enough to kidnap, kill the driver.
I am dead by the time they call me. I suggest people should start moving to the competition till ther realise that all it takes is changing their process and making the customer happy. That's all it takes.

The worse part is they are not even willing to make the change, they want their process to work for the customer regardless of what the customer wants while paying them every month
