Has my alarm reinstalled at my new property in Crosby however the alarm has been giving us endless problems and many sleepless nights! The alarm beeps unnecessarily and activates and deactivates on its own! The technicians came out several times to try n fix the problem but they failed! Also I updated my new addresss details by calling chubb more than 10 times but up untill now my previous address is on their system..I'm just afraid that in an emergency armed response wil be sent to my old address insead of the current new address! Very disappointed by the poor service offered by Chubb security company.
