I sent my cancellation of Atlas contract through a month before I sold my house.
I moved out as the new owners moved in. Since the cancellation Atlas have debited my account twice incorrectly and have phoned me numerous times in the middle of the night to let me know that my alarm is going off?? I havent lived there for 2 months and they still havent changed the contact details.
I phone Atlas once a week to ask them to please amend the details and refund me for my incorrect debits.
To date nothing has been done about this!
I will never again make use of Atlas services, if they are this sloppy with the basic things, how can i trust them to protect my house and me?
