This is my 2nd complaint since last May'13. We had a break in between 24 Dec'13 and 02 Jan'14. I did not receive a call from ADT that the alarm went off and no messages on my phones that there was a power failure. On the 2nd of Jan'14 when we re-opened after the festive season we found that there was a burglary. The ADT technician tested the system and all was working. I had another ADT representatice to pull the report of the alarm for insurance. I was told that I will reieve the report by 6 Jan-I have nor received anything. I sent a mail to ADT service centr on 8 Jan and then to Polediso on10 Jan at customer Department. I have up do date not received any feedback or calls from ADT. I also shared with them that I will stop payment untill I have an explanation on why I'm paying for a service I don't get.
