Stand Off Area

We in Morganridge in 1 street have many houses that use adt, In the past 5 Months we have had multiple burglaries. I have tried to get hold of the Area manager roughly 6 times on different days and all i get told is they will take my number and he will contact me, still waiting. We in the street would like to have the patrol car stand in the street (standoff) before it goes on its patrol route again. Each time we have been broken into in that area ADT have always come out after they have got away. The officer that came out explained that I must get them via the area manager to have a standoff made as this will make the street safer but alas, the only time ADT contact me is to tell me that i am making them come check the area too often and will pay excessively but its the only way i can get them to patrol more often or Standoff in the street
