My family and I moved into a brand new house in Northmead Benoni in October of 2013. Two days later the house next door was broken into and cleaned out, I have a 1 year old baby that stays at home with the maid. I called CMS and had the best service from the sales rep who came out to see me and we signed up with CMS, since then I have had ongoing problems with the 16000k alarm system we purchased!! Our system is faulty but no one fixes it, I have made numerous calls to CMS pleading for someone to come out to fix it, but nothing!!! Not even a call! I literally do not know what to do anymore, the alarm does not disarm and CMS does not even receive a signal from our house. CMS you tell me, what did I pay R16000.00 for??? Clearly for an ornament as it does not work, your service is pathetic!!!
I have had a problem with your system and service every week since October... REALLY??? Is that what you strive to accomplish??? A bad name?
What now, where to from here CMS...
