On the 12 Jan Sunday Morning at 5 am I was woken by a very loud and persistent alarm near Riley Road. It kept going every hour with ten or five minute breaks between each hour. We left, hoping it would be sorted when we returned. At 5pm it was still going!
Our security Guards informed me that the owner of the home was away so I called the police to report the disturbance, Babies couldn't sleep, dogs were howling, it was beyond an annoying now. The police informed me that it was the alarm companies problem so I contacted Blue security. The Woman on the phone was unhelpful, she told me I should ignore the alarm for the evening as the owner of the house was away and they would not disarm it. I called her back after about ten minutes later, While still standing outside the house in Nelson rd, Berea. She pretended not to know who I was after the twenty minute conversation we had JUST had. I was furious, after much arguing, The alarm was turned off after thirteen and a half hours, she then told me to have a bad evening (unnecessary as i already had a migraine!). Its absolutely unacceptable that BLUE security thinks its fine to leave an alarm on for over 13 hrs on a Sunda
