NO PATROL FOR OVER A YEAR

I live in Mayfair, ADT is suppose to patrol our area which is crime active. Over the past year ADT has not patrolled the area. I spoke to ADT call centre who takes your details and never get back to you. I am told an area manager will call me and never does. The ADT fees are increasing but the service lacking. I have installed a cctv unit installed about 3 day ago and no ADT vehicle can be seen in the area. ADT will also not respond to my queries seeking answers to how the area is patrolled and how many dispatch vehicles are in the area.

Its time to move to another service provided. Management assistance lacks as ADTR as they would would not take calls.
