Poor response to query

My debit order was returned by my financial institution at the end of January. I then paid my account the following day by internet transfer. The day after a debit order was processed on my account by Cellc. I understand that the 2 overlapped. I queried the double payment on 6 February and requested CellC to credit my bank account. All I have received is an acknowledgement of my complaint, but no credit to my bank account. Surely this does not take a week to sort out.
