No refund and bad service

On the 25th Nov 2013 ADT (Ronel Snyman) quoted (quote number QU-82695 Ref No. 13974) to extend our current alarm system to our new office wing, the quote was accepted on the basis of the installation being performed on a specific date, as we were moving expensive equipment into the office and needed to be sure the alarm was installed and active. Ronel Snyman gave us a 100% commitment, but we were required to make payment the same day, which was duly done, and the payment confirmation was emailed to Ronel. The installation was not performed on the committed date and we cancelled both the installation and our ADT business contract as a result. Ronel committed to having the refund done within 24 hours, to date this has still not been done. She refuses to answer her cell phone or return calls. Our ADT account no was COL548. Due to this experience we also plan to cancel our other ADT response services we have covering our home security.
