Paying for services not in plan

When I bought my car in 2009, it came fitted with a tracker. I opted for the basic service since I did not want a panic button etc for the reason that if I was highjacked, I didn't want any issues with the highjackers. My brother bought a new car in Dec and pays half of what I was paying. I called Netstar and was told that I had a panic button etc. I knew nothing of this and questioned this. I was told by the 'senior' Keith that he would listen to the original recording and get back to me. He didn't. When I finally got hld of him (he didn't return my calls), he was rude until I reminded him that Netstar records the calls. I cancelled with Jithen and was assured that there would be no deduction in January. There was. I had been overcharged for 4 years. I called again today and was told that they have to listen to the recordings. I will retract the payment. As an aside, on two ocassions, my alarm went off at the carwash and I got no call from Netstar. I wonder how many others are also taken for a ride like this.
