For the lst almost 5 months, our alarm has been faulty. screen shows, windows & doors are open, not ready. if we set the alarm for "Stay" it goes off every so often. I have phoned several times, they take my number and will get the technical dept to return my call. never happenes. wrote emails, receive a ref number (Got 5 already) nobody contacts me as promised on the email reply. managed to get hold of the manager/supervisor Divan, will send someone. nobody pitch, he cannot understand why they did not go. will send next morning at 9:00 am. nobody shows up. I specially have to get someone to be at my house every time, as I only have a maid once a week, and me and my husband both work fulltime. phoned him, he sent them at 15:00. the technician phoned me and said he cannot fix the alarm as he did not do the installation and dont know what is connected where, he will speal to Divan to send the technician that did the installation. One week later... nothing, phoned Divan, no answer, phoned 0860 number after having to phone 4 times, got his cellphone number. he then asked me who was the technician who did the isntallation!!! will send someone tomorrow (21/08 at 9:00) BAD!
