Tracker has conducted a test on the unit in your vehicle TYL851GP and is pleased to inform you that it is in working order.

The new owner of this vehicle is the detail below. He is the new owner for the last 18 months!

Please transfer my account to him, and stop billing me! I cant pay for something that I don't even have anymore.

Please settle this matter asap
