I am completely disappointed in the lack of service and knowledge from ADT.
A sales person, Bianca, came through on 30 April to sign us up to the ADT armed response service as well as to assist us with 2 requests, one to install remotes to turn the alarm on/off from outside the house. We paid a deposit of R450.00 (which we were told we had to do to get a technician out to install the remotes), and then waited and waited and waited! We called, left messages, sent sms's and emails to Bianca, with no response. Finally, after calling from a different number, she answered her phone and said she would find out "and get back to me immediately". A technician was sent on 10 May, who didn't have a clue how to do what we wanted and said he would have to get someone else out to the house. It is now 15 May, and NO WORD from ADT! No one answers our calls, and nothing has been done! We are sitting with an alarm with panic buttons that don't work (which were supposed to have been tested), as well as an alarm we cannot put on at night (which was one of our other concerns!). They say they are in 48 countries, and provide 360' security. I have yet to see anything but the ability to "TAKE MY MONEY"!
