I reported my grievances on Hellopeter last week. No response when alarm is activated normally or in panic mode. I gave ADT a call only to be told they were busy. I had an influx of phone calls apologising for the way the matter was dealt with by staff and supervisors. A lady with the name Basina called me numerously as to setup an alarm inspection which we agreed that last Wednesday they will send a technician after hours at normal rates to check the alarm. Much to my disappointment AGAIN, THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT ARRIVE!! This morning my alarm was activated as my fianc? accidentally opened the front door from inside while the sleep alarm was activate. Yet again, no call or response from ADT. I called ADT and they said this time they have NO ACTIVATION AT MY ADDRESS. So now I am a and seem to just like calling ADT for the love of it. While on the call to Patricia Ndebele, i pressed the panic she then confirmed it is visible on their system. Patricia promised by 07:30 she will get a technician to give me a call. ALL TALK AND NO ACTION, MSG TO THE PUBLIC. DONT USE ADT, THEY DO NOT ACT ON ACTIVATIONS OF ALARMS OR PANICS OR EVEN UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!!
