Burglar alarm faulty
Our company has a burglar alarm fitted in a factory unit. I get a call from their response centre almost every night to tell me there is a panic alarm. (we do not even have a panic button). We have requested that the technical dept attend to a clearly faulty system. The technician called and checked the system AND CHARGED US!! The problem persists and to make matters worse they have now informed us that we will be charged for excessive response call outs. We have been with ADT for over 20 years.....clearly time for a change
