Paying for ZERO service

January the 4th I had my ADT alarm reconnected and the technician replaced radio pad and the battery, when i got home that evening i tested the system and got no call tested again and no call again. I then called the call centre and they confirmed there is no signal received. I was transferred to technical dept. they then asked me to test again, I did and the confirmed signal received.

All Happy and I continue to set the alarm every time i leave home and at night when going to sleep... Last week I went on a business trip and my wife called saying the alarm went off but no call, i then called the call centre and was told the last activation they received was the (here is comes) 4th of January.

Me the sets alarms day in day out for nothing, they then had to arrange a technician to come and fix it, he came during the day while we are all working away from home, not very clever!!!

Well I paid my monthly fee for the two months for ZERO service, I guess I cannot expect to much.

ADT your service is beyond poor and I urge you to clean up your mess, you are putting my family at risk.
