I contacted ADT during Sept 2012 about fault in alarm system. Technician came out 5 Sept DID NOT COMPLETE REPAIRS. came back 19 Sept - 2nd call out charged. Ordered two remotes from technician at first call out. Haven't been charged for it but AFTER 7 MONTHS NOT DELIVERED YET. I have now been informed by Shaina at accounts that I am liable for a hourly rate for repairs as well as two call out fees. On the two invoices supplied only a call out fee was indicated. No mention of time spent at premises. The technician did not mention at first call out that i will be liable for second call out as well.
