I had a problem with my alarm being faulty and not connecting to the call centre. To book a technician took forever to arrange as I requested the call centre contact me to arrange times etc. My email request for a call back resulted in a format email requesting I call the contact centre. Clearly the ADT computer doesn't read.
When the technician arrived to replace the battery I asked that it not be charged for as the alarm is not my property and they charge for a monitoring and response service and the alarm is their equipment. My query was allocated a custcare reference on the 11th Sept and to date I have not had any contact from ADT and of course I was charged for the replacement battery.
In my experience this is a company that has outsourced the cost of communicating with their clients to their clients.
In my experience this is a company that does not respond to enquiries in an acceptable timeframe
In my experience this is a company that does not take customer concerns seriously.
