Problem with faulty tracker resolved

Just wanted to say thank you for the quick response and subsequent correspondence. Netstar came out and resolved the problem without any delay. I wish this was the response from the start, and would suggest giving the front line phone operators better training on customer care. I will definitely be a future customer with this type of service.
