I cannot believe a company like ADT will let you wait 15 minutes to get through and then simply puts the phone down without even responding. I am just trying to confirm they have received my payment, I have sent them payment yet they still took a direct debit from my account so I have now paid them twice.

My wife has just had a baby and they send her SMS's but when you try to call they wont even pick the phone up.
