Phoned in to add my supervisor on the alarm system and i was told the guys in charge of doing that are both not there that is Wayne. I was put through data department, spoke to Loraine who tried to help but unfortunately was not successful. My question is, where/what is the back up plan if Wayne is off? What is the client suppose to do in such a case as i cannot give my code to my supervisor? Chubb is a fire, security and alarm company, i believe assistance for any issue should be available 24/7. Please look into this.
