I am a new customer to ADT and have NEVER experienced such bad customer service from a SA company.
After signing up with ADT, they were suppose to send out a technician to do some repairs on my alarm system.
Todate, they have not yet fixed my alarm and after contacting them over 15 times a manager has yet to call me back.
1. Extremely rude call centre agents that hang up on you
2. Call centre agents that refuse to give you their names
3. Call centre agents that keep you on hold for over 30 minutes at a time
4. Extremely incompetent escalations agents. Kuben Moodley has not taken on any responsibility in sorting this out. I have requested for his manager Sylvester to call me back several times yet I have heard nothing. When asked who Kuben reports to he tells me its difficult to say as he reports to at least 8 different people - what a lie!
5. Technicians who do not arrive when booked & do not let you know. This has happened 3 times already
6. Technicians who come & do not fix the problem
After hours on the phone and over 2 months with the same problem NO one has taken responsibility.
ADT treats customers like filth. Warning to all out there considering them as a service provide
