Why can Chubb management not resolve this issue ongoing for one year. My alarm was damaged in a fire. It needs to be fixed. Simple! countless days of calling and complaining leads to empty promises. My alarm has not been active for nearly a year and Chubb still want me to pay for a non existent service? Chubb management need to look into this because your CSD and accounts are not taking this issue seriously. I paid a lot of Money to have this system installed and I don't like this attitude Chubb give me by sending threatening letters and leaving notes on my gate. I need some one to help me and get this resolved.
