My house was broken into on 14/11.Requested video footage for police from SOS to assist in finding the going on 4 weeks this week still waiting. I have explained called spoken to numerous people in the company and the sad part is that no one is following up or contacting me. SOS is there to assist and help to protect us to a secure neighbourhood and watch over us. Cannot believe that the camera was facing in the direction of my gate entrance where the came in and went out but no one saw anything. I had a previous situation as well where my electric fence was cut and also requested footage over a month ago and nothing came of the request. When companies gives presentations and provides one with all the positives why you should chose their company one would think that there is at least people that care and shows interest. I have experienced a different situation. For the mere fact that the seriousness of my ordeal is treated in a manner that SOS SECURITY is responding is very disappointing and unsatisfactory. SHOCKING!!!
