We got two quotes for an electric fence and finally decided to go with Rowan Sharp from Sharp Security. After paying him 50% deposit, he dropped his two men who worked on our property for three days. We never laid eyes on Rowan the entire time until it was time to pay him the balance.. He explained when the job was completed that he was opening up another tarring business. ) The first two days we experienced problems with loud clicking noises and and he came back twice. He then said that we must lower the voltage which we did. Over the next week we came home to discover that the entire fence running along our electric gate had collapsed. No siren went off. We tried phoning, sent sms after sms and emails. No answer or returned calls or sms. We had no choice but to call in another company to repair the gate who showed us the old rusted screws that had been used and that the fence was incorrectly connected, hence no siren. I then by chance bumped into him at Gateway who said he was so sorry and would come and repair the gate within the next few days, Once again, no show, no answer to sms or calls. He has no integrity and his word means nothing.
