My policy with netstar was initiated through First For women on the 26/07/2012, this year on the 03/05/2013 first for women cancelled my policy and did not notify me that i should continue with payments for Netstar. i was unaware and so every month my account with netstar was accumulating after 4 months then only i was contacted by netstar to settle my account, i have sent numerous emails to Sibusiso however he did not respond. today we had a conversation over email and he was rude and arrogant as a client this is BAD SERVICE. he has no way to speak to his clients and his attitude stinks he should speak to his mother or wife like that as i am none of that i will not tolerate that type of attitude coming from a service department he even made me a yet i had emails to prove.
