Hi, i lost my phone at the gym on thursday 23/01/2014 in the First floor. i have reported the issue on thursday but i didn't get help. i went there on sartuday where i was told to wait for Ms Sign (Supervisor) on monday so that i will be able to see the video/camera footage.
On monday i made a call to Ms Sign around about 12h00 since my details was left there (gym) but didnt receive any call response. i went there afternoon on monday 27/01/2014, since she told me to come see her when i go to the gym on Monday and i was told by her she cant see the footage of my phone and i was not allowed to go see the footage by myself because Policy doesnt allowed me.
Virgin active should be safe with camera's inside the gym so im very disappointed with the way my situation has been taken care. i won't feel safe anymore to go to gym since my staff is not safe.
