REPAIRS PAID FOR, NOT DONE

In May 2013 i requested ADT to come and inspect my electric fence.

They came, said the fence is now fine, but the contacts on my gate is not working. They invoiced me, and said as soon as they get parts they will come and install the contacts on the gate.

So I paid them, this is now middle August and they still haven't replaced the contacts on the gate, and I realised my electric fence is still not working. I called customer service numeral times, without success This is absolutely not acceptable.
