I'm a long time costumer with 2 vehicles with matrix units in that does not work since I reported the faulty units I haven't heard anything from mixtelematics. They have 3 contact numbers that they can contact me, now they want me to pay each month for units that is broken. This is the 3rd unit that is broken and does work by the end of this week I want this units out of my vehicle or I will take it out.
