Been having trouble with vehicle not starting, replaced battery, had vehicle checked by auto-electrician, all good.
Few days later same problem, back to auto-electrician, alternator & other systems given thumbs-up,
fault with battery with Matrix unit. Logged a call with customer care, informed technician will be replacing battery the following day. Its been a week since- no response from company. Called again, now informed vehicle has to go to Toyota first. Is Battery Centre or Bosch Service not capable companies? Or do you have an under the table agreement with Toyota? Ridiculous service Matrix!!!
Why was I told Audi recommends Matrix as they preferred company? I'm disgusted to have 2 vehicles with Matrix units. Is Audi aware of your "Exceptional Service Standards"???
