On tuesday 25/06/2013 i complained about the meter box, and the technicians came and changed the old for the new one.the old box had units on it and i was told to go and register the new box, which i did, and that my units will be re-imbursed.i was then sent an sms with numbers that are supposed to be my units but when entering them on the box they are rejected.since, i have been taken from pillar to post about that.today only i phoned the call centre and was given 40 digits number that i must enter on the box and later enter the units, still to no assisstance.
i do not know what to do because i take this as a business transaction, i bought units, expect units
