I have just sold my vehicle and been forced to pay R 2000 in order to settle my matrix contract. A contract that I took out five years ago when I first bought the car. The original unit was faulty and I was forced to replace it. However, they no longer made that model and I was forced to "upgrade" what was not explained was that when I "upgraded"my faulty unit I had to take out a new contract. Which according to the quote I recieved in November would be R 2000 to settle. Now, in January after making 2 further monthly installment payments I still have R 2000 to settle and no doubt will pay another installment in Feb. This is disgusting.By this logic all units installed could fail before the contract period is up forcing the clients into buying new units which they will never pay off.
