SERVICE SO POOR IT'S AN INSULT
I have requested a copy of my contract a month ago - As of today, not even a courtesy call.
If my memory does not fail me, I think that I have requested this at least 3-4 times.
I am also still waiting for feedback from Mervyn from 2 months ago regarding an alarm activation, where no patrol officer was dispatched. On the day I spoke to him, he advised that he would investigate and revert (he did not say when)
I spoke to Amelia 25 Oct'13, who advised me that she will follow up where Mervyn had just left off, and also send another request for my contract. She at least did call me back with NO info, but was going to call me back again (she also did not say when)
Why do I have to deal with such a bunch of incompetent people who is a total disgrace to the SERVICE INDUSTRY, and when I want to escalate, they refuse to give me contact details of your office, citing that they work in another area and does not have an email address for the CEO or his PA, and I must call back. (my discussion with Godliness today).
I have left a message for your P/A at 1:00 pm. (I'll wait for her call next month - waiting... )
