Our company has 5 units installed in our trucks. 1 unit was replaced due to being faulty on 24/06/2013 but still does not report on its whereabouts since 20/05/2013 and we are still being charged with no refund or anyone sorting it out.
We have been reporting faults since early July on our other 4 trucks.
2 more units were replaced due to being faulty on 05/08/2013 and we are still waiting for the other 2 trucks to be checked.
I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and sales consultant but no one has assisted us to get this sorted out.
It is quite clear that the Mix Telematics only wants the monthly fees, regardless of whether they are providing the service or not.
Either repair my vehicles today, sort out the months that we have been paying for no service through a refund of these months fees or we will rip out your units, send them back to you for a refund and will move our business for our current and new fleet to a more reputable and honest company
