After 2 very bad installations and complaints about incorrect tracking i now get a call to tell my that one of my units are not working even thou it send a no go zone alarm the day before. And to top it all i can get it repaired for free by signing a 36 month contract again. Then i get a call to let me know they want to make a appointment to install a new unit in one of my vehicle's that is still working if you can call it working and not the one that is so called not working even thou the unit still beeps when i disarm it. I find it very strange that the unit needs to be replaced when the contract has expired but to me it seems that the cell nu has been disconnected and the i get told someone would phone me to sort this out but no call and i sit with something i pay for that don't work and if the vehicle gets stollen my insurance wont pay because the tracking device is not working
