We have a contract with Mixtelematics for just over 2 years (it's a 3 yr contract). from the beginning of the contract we had problems with the units that were installed. We requested on several occasions from the customer service department to sort out hte problems as we could not locate the vehicles when we needed to and we could not get trip history reports. The answer we kept getting was, "We are aware of the Technical Problem and the technicians are working on it". That's the only response we got. We are paying R1500 per month for the past 2 years and they refuse to let us out of the contract. Their systems are not functional, i believe i am being ripped off by Mixtelematics by offering a non functioning product and a non functioning programme and tying me into a contract that i cannot get out of until the end of the contract period. Poorest service we've ever receive.
