After upgrading my alarm system with additional door contacts, my alarm has been giving false alarms.
I have logged a job card on 9 Sept 2013 and I'm still waiting for Chubb technical to make an appointment.

There is also a problem with the security guards not responding to alarms. I arrived home last week while on the phone with the call centre telling me that the security is not able to gain access to my front gate. There was no security guard in site anywhere.
