Bad Service From ADT

When you look at security companies you always think safety is there no 1 responsibility. I've been 4yrs renting a system from adt for a year system was not working and I paid every month to this company R360 /- .We called in when a technician came out we were liable to pay for the rented service to be fixed. We then decided to cancel our system in April we had all sorts of people call us from the company to give us a beta deal and fix the system bottom line promises was made but never kept. My bill for May was to be reduced to R220 as they didn't want me to sign up with NSA. May & June I paid still R360 /-.When we called in July to check what's going on reference no did not exist and the 10different people we spoke to disappeared. The only proof I have is email sent for cancellation in April. We have been to the adt offices to speak to some1 in charge still no help. Finally after months fighting for system to be removed. It was taken out in August 2013.After all the running around & telephone calls I get an sms this morning saying my account is R346.3 or I'll be handed over. Really what a joke I'm so tired of phoning in an fighting I've just given up.
